Andalusia is still Europe's centre of heat

Up to 45 °C have been announced for next week

Not unusual, but such a persisting heat wave can be a burden to the residents. It continues to be hot in Andalusia. Next week, the peak temperatures will reach more than 40 °C in the Andalusian provinces of Huelva, Sevilla, Córdoba and Jaen. The residents of the hinterland are travelling more and more to the Andalusian coasts where their secondary residences are located. People who cannot afford this rely on their pools.

The air is also burning in Extremadura. The highest warning level for wildfires has been issued for large parts of both autonomies.

The following weekend, summer might be on its best behaviour in Germany and England as well. Values of 30 °C have been announced. Even Sweden and the south of Norway might be expecting 28 °C.
