Up to 44 °C in Andalusia

Gran Canaria with up to 41 °C

It is going to be very hot in Andalusia, Extremadura and Castilla La Mancha over the next few days. The peak temperatures will reach up to 44 °C (shade) in the provinces of Sevilla, Córdoba and Jaén. Orange level heat warning have been issued here and there. Of course, the wildfire risk will be extremely high in the mentioned areas.

It will also be quite hot in the centre of Gran Canaria. The area surrounding San Bartolome de Tirajana is expecting peak values of +- 41 °C.
