Costa del Sol - Autumn storms fail to appear

Will Terral ensure up to 30 °C?

Province of Malaga: October 2018 had 12 rainy days and Malaga Airport reported a total of 162 mm of rain. Heavy precipitations were registered particularly on October 30 and 31 (2018), numerous places within the province of Malaga had to declare a state of emergency. The peak temperatures reached only +- 14 °C.

This year, the autumn storms are yet to appear and the Costa del Sol is doing its name justice. Throughout the week, the peak temperatures will rise continuously. Towards the turn of the month, Terral (warm wind from the hinterland) will ensure peak values of +- 30 °C here and there. Late summer temperatures have been announced especially between Malaga Airport and the Caminito del Rey.

It will remain mostly sunny with a few fields of clouds every now and then.

Murcia & Valencia

Late summer also in Murcia and Valencia, +- 30 °C have been announced as well. Even Denia is expecting +- 28 °C, while Benidorm will be expecting only +- 26 °C.

The pleasing weather situation will last at least until November 2nd.
