100 years of Malaga Airport - Historic record regarding passengers

Malaga Airport reports another impressive growth of airline passengers in August 2019. A total of 2,205,899 passengers were welcomed which is a plus of 4,1 % compared to August 2018.

From January to August 2019, a total of 13,649,605 passengers were counted which is a plus of 5,6 % compared to the same period of time in 2018.

Malaga ranks 4th among Spain's most frequented airports. Madrid leads, followed by Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca.

Sevilla - 632,775 passengers +20,3 %
Jerez de la Frontera - 132,805 passengers +0,1 %
Almeria - 127,722 passengers -0,7 %
Granada - 106,311 passengers +14,9 %
