Fire brigade warns against easily inflammable poplar seed tufts

Heavy thunderstorms with intense rainfalls are making sure that the wildfire risk is low in large parts of the country right now. However, it is not as wet in Valencia, which is why an elevated wildfire risk is given in the hinterland. Particularly dangerous is the e asily inflammable poplar seed tufts. The fire brigade warns the citizens against the careless disposal of glowing cigarettes. Barbecues should only take place in safe areas as well.
